1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern the use of SummitLink services, including climber onboarding, guide recruitment, campaign applications, and partnership communications. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Company Information

SummitLink is operated by Summit Technology LLC in the United States. All service notices may be sent to hello@unsummit.cn.

3. Service Scope

SummitLink provides a global platform for climbers, mountain guides, expedition operators, sponsors, and adventure partners. SummitLink does not itself guarantee summit success, weather conditions, or expedition outcomes.

4. Account and Application Accuracy

You agree to provide truthful and current information in all application packages and inquiries. Fraudulent submissions, false identities, or certification misrepresentations may result in immediate disqualification or account suspension.

5. Risk Disclosure

Mountaineering is inherently hazardous. By participating in campaign or guide programs, you acknowledge risks including serious injury, altitude sickness, environmental exposure, and death. You remain responsible for personal risk decisions and preparation.

6. Seven Summits Challenge Terms

Campaign timelines, quotas, and selection criteria may be adjusted due to safety, legal, climate, or operational factors. Selection decisions are final. Participant support does not include items expressly listed as participant responsibilities.

7. Guide Conduct and Compliance

Guides must comply with all local laws, permit requirements, and safety standards. SummitLink may verify certifications and remove profiles that fail professional or ethical expectations.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use SummitLink for unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or unsafe behavior. Any attempt to interfere with platform security, APIs, data integrity, or service continuity is prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

All SummitLink branding, content, and platform assets are protected by applicable IP laws. User-generated content remains owned by the submitter, but you grant SummitLink a non-exclusive license to display and process submitted content for service operations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SummitLink entities are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or participation in expeditions.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, fraud, safety concerns, or legal requirements. Provisions related to liability, governing law, and IP survive termination.
